Victoria Newitt Recruitment has been retained by our client to search for a Senior Marketing Manager. The role offers an attractive compensation package of approximately $110,000 per year.

Job Overview:
The largest production equipment rental company in Canada is seeking a customer-centric marketing professional to join their team as a Marketing Lead. With a proven track record of growth, the company continues to expand its operations and seeks a strategic leader to drive their marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and participate in the development and implementation of the corporate strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of annual integrated marketing plans, ensuring seamless execution across all channels.
  • Lead national brand communications, including internal communications, PR, social media, web, email, and paid advertising campaigns through traditional and digital platforms.
  • Manage branding updates, including updating and maintaining graphic standards and branded assets library.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Partnerships on planning and execution of client acquisition and retention programs supporting the industry and film community.
  • Lead cross-functional working groups to increase alignment between Marketing, Sales, Digital, Operations, and senior leadership teams.
  • Partner with Sunbelt Marketing, external agencies, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive marketing strategy implementation and alignment within the organization.
  • Train, mentor, and coach the marketing team and support the hiring and onboarding of new Digital Marketing Managers as needed.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations to senior leadership as required.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years of people management and 2+ years working within a B2B sales organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.
  • Proven experience leading integrated tactical campaigns and driving business results.
  • Customer-centric marketer with a deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship management and project management skills.
  • Solutions-focused creative problem-solver and highly adaptable to changing work environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, good judgment, and ability to meet short deadlines.
  • Strong people manager with proven ability to grow and mentor a junior team.
