About the Role:
  1. Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with our leadership-focused customers through regular communication and engagement efforts.
  2. Partner closely with Implementation Consultants to ensure seamless transitions from implementation to post-implementation stages.
  3. Develop and execute creative strategies to drive customer growth, increase engagement, and reduce churn.
  4. Monitor and manage key metrics that contribute to team-based goals around retention, growth, and adoption.
  5. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and action plans for customer success.
  6. Promote customer success stories through case studies, blog posts, and internal communications.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  1. Quarterly and annual gross customer revenue retention rates.
  2. Software adoption rates and overall customer satisfaction levels.
  3. A commitment to public service and the mission of our organization.
