The OpportunityIf you have a passion for meeting new people and identifying top talent, we want to hear from you. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and interviewing candidates. You will partner with our management teams to meet the hiring needs of our businesses while ensuring a positive experience for both managers and candidates.

As a Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategizing with management teams to fulfill staffing needs;
- Networking within the hospitality industry to stay up-to-date on industry trends and people movement;
- Utilizing our existing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process;
- Sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with key leaders; conducting reference checks;
- E nsuring compliance with employment laws and regulations;
- Creating job descriptions in consultation with leadership teams;
- Staying current with recruitment trends and best practices;
- Contributing to the development of an engaging employee referral program.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary education in a relevant field;
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a recruiter or similar role;
- Training in using an ATS and other hiring software;
- Experience executing effective recruiting strategies;
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 CAD per year. The final compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer competitive health and dental benefits as well as exciting company perks.
