Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Absolute Respiratory Services Inc. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Perform data entry
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
Requirements
- First Aid Certificate
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Knowledge of accounting software and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written communication and time management skills
