About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at BROSOHO Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Supervise and train cooking staff, instructing them in preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
  • Menu Planning and Quality Control: Plan menus, ensure food meets quality standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Event Support: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
