Job Title: Sous Chef

BROSOHO Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure high-quality food standards are maintained at all times
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients
  • Participate in kitchen maintenance and cleaning
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in culinary arts or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
