BROSOHO Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals, as well as supervising and training junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation
  • Supervise and train junior staff members in food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure high-quality food standards are maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new recipes and menu items
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
