Job Summary

BROSOHO Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure high-quality food standards are met in all kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in culinary arts or related field
  • 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
