About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at BROSOHO Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Supervise and train cooking staff, including specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks, to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Assist in planning menus, ensuring that food meets quality standards, and prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the kitchen is a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
