Job Description

Rubicon Path is seeking a skilled and experienced High-Level Network Security Project Manager to join our team. This role will oversee large-scale, complex network security projects that require meticulous planning and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project schedules, deliverables, and scope to meet client requirements on time, within budget, and with a focus on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes and adherence to OPS project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Provide senior project management oversight and support for cyber security platforms being deployed and rolled out within the OPS over 2024-25 fiscal year.
Requirements
  • Mastery of project management principles and methodologies, with experience in leading large-scale network security projects.
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale network security projects and deep understanding of network security technologies.
  • Ability to promote I&IT project management best practices and adherence to standard methodologies.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of network security technologies, including Enterprise VPN and Remote Access Solutions (Palo Alto Prisma Access preferred), Zero Trust Network Access implementation, and Cloud Security Integration.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
