Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Network and Security Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our global data network and security infrastructure. This includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting core data network and end-user data network needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold technical responsibility for general administration of the global data network and network security, ensuring alignment with design, strategy, guidelines, principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support to our end-users, adhering to our Service Level Agreement.
  • Manage personal performance, incorporating ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents with colleagues and customers.
  • Liaise regularly with internal teams to understand their needs and communicate progress and findings of applicable projects.
  • Update call tracking systems, monitor progress, and escalate if necessary.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures to ensure system supportability.

Requirements:

  • Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative style and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Proven customer service and support orientation, with familiarity with ITIL or similar service delivery/support models.
  • Configuration, administration, and implementation of data networking and network security devices.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
