Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension plan, close access to transit, and a flexible work environment.

Job Description

This role will organize and lead the development of high-profile construction projects under the direction of Senior Leadership. You will be responsible for managing design assist construction contracts, financial management activities, schedule preparation, contract negotiation, and site monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage user groups and stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Hire and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient department operation.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Architecture or Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and excellent problem-solving, change management, and risk mitigation skills.

You will also need to demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects, possess high-level organization, relationship management, technical knowledge of construction means and methods, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
