About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead our network security projects and initiatives at Rubicon Path. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk deployment and migration projects focused on network security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project deliverables to meet client business requirements on time, scope, and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies, and compliance with OPS project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Provide senior project management oversight and support for cyber security platforms being deployed and rolled out within Rubicon Path over the 2024-25 fiscal year.
  • Lead and provide project management support for smaller security-focused projects, initiatives, or iterative improvements as required based on need and capacity throughout the year.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Advanced experience managing enterprise-scale network security projects and a deep understanding of network security technologies.
  • A strong background in project management, with expertise in developing and managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope.
  • The ability to promote I&IT project management best practices and adherence to standard methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience directing project teams to ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and adhere to government and ministry standards.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
