Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Passage to India Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including social media and local advertising.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and electronic cash registers.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be required to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing excellent service to our guests.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:35 to 40 hours per week.
