About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dispatcher at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plumbing services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service professionals, and management to synchronize activities and ensure timely resolution of plumbing needs.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Stay adaptable to changing priorities and demands, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.
