We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Dispatch Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our skilled technicians and our valued customers. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating service calls, managing schedules, and ensuring that our plumbers have the resources they need to deliver exceptional plumbing solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Schedule appointments for technicians, taking into account their availability and customer needs.
  • Dispatch plumbers to service calls, ensuring they have the necessary information and tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure smooth operations.
