About the Role

This is a high-profile position that requires a strong understanding of the Justice and Security sector. You'll work closely with our Government Practice to develop and implement strategies that drive value for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, and you'll be responsible for leading a team of high performers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform our strategy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 12-15+ years of experience in consulting, preferably in the Justice and Security sector
  • Strong relationships with Director and/or Executive-level contacts in the sector
  • Hands-on experience working with police boards, federal, provincial, and municipal police services, and governments
  • Sound knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Rules, regulatory frameworks, and standards
  • Experience with strategy, planning, analytics, and performance
