Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving innovation and excellence in the education and government sectors? Do you have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results? We're seeking a talented Director to join our Education and Government Practice at KPMG Canada.

About the Role

This is a strategic, high-profile role that will unite our Education and Government national practices to create a coordinated strategy. You will lead our Education, Skills, and Productivity cluster, working with clients across the education sector, including universities, colleges, polytechnic institutions, and Ontario school boards. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our approach to delivering value to clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify, market, and secure new business opportunities with clients in the education sector.
  • Team and Project Management: Lead a team of high performers, manage client relationships, and deliver outstanding work products.
  • Practice Development: Create followership, support recruiting, marketing, and practice administration.
Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned professional with:

Years of comparable experience in consulting, preferably in the education and government sectors.Strong relationships with Director and/or Executive-level contacts in the education sector.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and adapt to changing market conditions.Experience with designing and delivering student experiences, strategy, planning, analytics, and performance.Technical skills, including financial analysis, data modeling, and process mapping.Leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills, including ability to cultivate relationships at management and executive levels.What We Offer
