Director, Public Sector Solutions-Education Skills

KPMG in Canada is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Government Practice as a Director, Public Sector Solutions-Education Skills. This strategic, high-profile role will unite our Education and Government national practices to create a coordinated strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the identification, marketing, and delivery of winning the trust of clients resulting in sold work;
- Lead a team of high performers, maintain strong client relations, and shape the deliverable of outstanding work products;
- Create followership and support recruiting, marketing, and practice administration as required.
- A seasoned professional, with 12-15+ years of comparable experience in consulting;
- Hands-on Education and Government sector experience, with strong relationships with Director and/or Executive-level contacts, and with a solid understanding of key trends in the Education sector locally and nationally;
- Experience with designing and delivering student experiences that authentically engage with each learner's abilities, aspirations, and circumstances;
- Experience with Strategy, Planning, Analytics, and Performance, including operational and strategic plan reporting, management information services, modelling, institutional research, and analysis;
- University degree in business, management, operations, engineering, MBA, or equivalent from an accredited university.
