Office Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Specialist to join our team at Mayfair Global Pacific Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
This is a permanent position with a flexible schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities, including budgeting and inventory control
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain budgetary controls
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in office administration
- Degree in business administration or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
