As the Membership Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate membership records, leading membership tours, and supporting the Membership Director with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, including processing membership applications and renewals.
- Lead membership tours and provide excellent customer service to new and prospective members.
- Support the Membership Director with various administrative tasks, including data entry and correspondence.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Associates, bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in business or office administration is considered an asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
