Membership Coordinator

The Arbutus Club is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Membership Coordinator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for member inquiries, you will provide timely and accurate responses, ensuring a positive experience for members and guests.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, well-spoken, organized, and possess strong communication skills. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date membership records, navigating transactions, and printing statements upon request.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to member inquiries regarding their accounts in a timely manner
  • Responsible for correspondence to members in both email and letter format
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records
  • Lead membership tours to new or prospective members

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an administrative/customer service role
  • Associates, bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in business or office administration program considered an asset
