Membership Administrator

As the Membership Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing timely and effective correspondence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work well under pressure.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our members have a positive experience and that our membership database is accurate and up-to-date. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to member inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the Membership Director with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records.
  • Support the Membership Director with various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative/customer service role.
  • Associates, bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in business or office administration considered an asset.
