Strategic People Partner for Sales and Marketing

Job Description:We're seeking an accomplished Senior Human Resources Business Partner to champion our Sales and Marketing teams across Canada, the US, Europe, and Australia. As a trusted advisor, you'll drive organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture by developing people strategies that align with business goals.
This role requires you to be hands-on, leveraging data to monitor and diagnose problems at their root. You'll take full ownership of talent management, including performance assessment, identifying top talent, career pathing, succession planning, and effective performance management.
You'll collaborate closely with corporate HR to ensure your Business Unit has the resources it needs. Your sound judgment and ability to diagnose and address issues effectively are invaluable assets in this role.
In addition to driving change management, you'll represent your Business Units' interests and concerns when collaborating with corporate HR. You will lead the implementation of corporate programs, policies, and initiatives with a focus on change management within your Business Units.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a senior HR professional, consistently adding value as a trusted business partner. They should be skilled, tactful communicators in both English and French, able to engage with customer groups across North America and Europe.

Requirements and Qualifications- A proven track record as a senior HR professional, consistently adding value as a trusted business partner.
- Skillful, tactful communication in both English and French, with experience engaging with customer groups across North America and Europe.
- Experience working in enterprise or rapidly growing organizations, with a proven ability to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful solutions.
- Prior experience working with Sales & Marketing Executive leadership, with a crisp understanding of the business' strategic priorities and levers.
