We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure seamless execution
  • Set priorities and implement procedures to meet deadlines
  • Manage office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed
  • Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and Google Drive
  • Excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and time management skills
