About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at MTC Auto Sales. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
