Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available to meet customer demand.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and other computer applications.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
