About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Capital Dodge Chrysler Jeep Limited. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience when interacting with our sales team.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to help them improve their performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, providing insights into sales trends and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
