Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Barrhaven Ford Inc. as a Retail Store Supervisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our sales staff to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to sales staff to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory management of merchandise to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance and increase revenue.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
This is a permanent position in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be working in a dynamic team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and providing outstanding customer service.
