Opal Corporate Connections: Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Opal Corporate Connections. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to leverage their expertise in commercial account management, sales, and customer relationship building.

About the Role:

  • Identify and solicit new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and referrals from existing clients and networks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance cross-selling efforts and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including risk submissions and underwriting evaluations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Ensure timely presentations for both new and renewal business, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Over 4 years of commercial account management experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of business development, financing, and credit management.
  • Experience working in the Toronto territory and understanding of local market conditions.
  • Fluency in French language is an asset.
