Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. in a full-time permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
About the Role- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated based on industry standards)

Key Responsibilities:Operational Management- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Plan and organize staff schedules to meet business needs
- Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Supervise 1-15 staff members, depending on business needs
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in food service management or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
