Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. in a full-time permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated based on industry standards)

Key Responsibilities:Operational Management
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan and organize staff schedules to meet business needs
  • Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Staff Supervision
  • Supervise 1-15 staff members, depending on business needs
Computer Skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in food service management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
