We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at GETS Immigration Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in administrative roles. They will be responsible for establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines.

The Business Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for assembling data, preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and performing data entry tasks.

They will also be responsible for training staff, resolving conflict situations, and overseeing payroll administration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
