At TSK Networks, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures and reviewing existing ones to ensure they meet the company's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures: Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to streamline office operations and improve productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures: Regularly review and assess existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Delegate work to office support staff: Assign tasks and responsibilities to other administrative staff members to optimize workflow and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate: A diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Attention to detail: The ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • Excellent oral communication: Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
