We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Company OverviewOntario Inc. is a dynamic company dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
SalaryThe salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Planning and organizing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Setting staff work schedules to meet business needs
- Determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
- Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conducting performance reviews to assess employee performance
- Organizing and maintaining inventory to ensure efficient supply chain management
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
- Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Leading and instructing individuals to achieve business goals
- Addressing customer complaints or concerns to provide exceptional customer service
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Please note that this position requires:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
