Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at GETS Immigration Solutions Inc. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are up-to-date and efficient.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
