About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team in Toronto. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, clerical coordination, and sales administration support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating with empathy and urgency to resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage external and internal communications, building relationships with the sales, purchasing, service, and administrative team.
  • Work closely with the team to drive efficiencies, ensure policies are upheld, and improve business processes to meet growing market demands.
  • Coordinate and prioritize sales leads, compiling data and setting up meetings.
  • Take ownership of the creation of quotes, orders, invoices, and various reports, ensuring all documents are processed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role.
  • Interest in or exposure to the healthcare or personal mobility device industry.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and respect for customers.
  • Flexibility and organization, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating databases.
