We are seeking an experienced Sales and Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales departments, providing customer service, planning and controlling budgets, and overseeing the preparation of sales and orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan, control, and evaluate budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee the preparation of sales and orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and administration.
- A college education in a related field, such as business or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
