Restaurant Manager - Operations Lead

At Wok Box, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager - Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our fast food restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
