Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Shree jee Indian Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • College diploma or equivalent in hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
