Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Shree jee Indian Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and make informed decisions about menu pricing, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Menu Development: Develop and implement menu changes to ensure that our offerings are competitive and appealing to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and that our staff are trained to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
