Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Shree jee Indian Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and make informed decisions about menu pricing, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that all customers have a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and stocked, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant meets all relevant health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
