Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Shree jee Indian Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, ingredients, and supplies to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of pressure. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism is essential.
