About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Cafe Bon Bon Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members, ensuring that all sales goals are met.
  • Hire and train new sales staff, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in the role.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that our sales team has the necessary products to sell.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the sales team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our sales team has the necessary products to sell.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are working together effectively to meet sales targets.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
