About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Restaurants McDonalds. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, and that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment

As a Shift Manager at Restaurants McDonalds, you will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be required to work under pressure, and to think on your feet to resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English or French
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
