CINUP is a leading provider of employee benefits solutions to Indigenous communities. As a Plan Administrator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee benefits, services, and stability for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee and dependent enrolment information on our benefit systems
  • Create employee packages that meet the needs of our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience in group insurance, preferably in a customer service or administration role
  • Completion of courses within the industry (CEBS, LOMA) or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
