About the Role

Johnston Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Plan Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our French-speaking clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process firm applications, updates, and terminations for Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan
  • Receive and review employee applications, salary changes, and employee change requests
  • Administer Life and AD&D conversion requests, sending them to the applicable insurer and forwarding quotes to clients
  • Provide timely and professional communication to plan administrators and advisor offices
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong active listening skills
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently
  • Experience working with group insurance
