Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Plan Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our French-speaking clients across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process firm applications, updates, and terminations, as well as employee applications and salary changes.
  • Communicate with plan administrators and advisor offices to collect information for outstanding requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries in a professional manner and send timely communications.
  • Manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (verbal and written).
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong active listening skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
