Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Saint Elizabeth Health Care. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clients in their homes and communities.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive client assessments, develop care plans, and implement and evaluate care based on best evidence and practices.
  • Work collaboratively with other care team members and support functions to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Support clients through care transitions by connecting them with community support services.

Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) specialty certification an asset.

  • A current CPR certificate and valid driver's license.
