Join Our Team as a Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at SE Health. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clients in their homes and communities.

About the Role

This is a part-time and full-time opportunity for Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to work evenings (3-11pm) in the community in Windsor and Essex. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team, flexible schedules, paid training, and competitive pay.

Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive client assessments, develop care plans, implement and evaluate care based on best evidence/practices and on client's unique needs
  • Support the client through care transitions by collaborating and connecting the client with community support services in their local community
  • Work collaboratively with other care team members and support functions to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) specialty certification an asset
  • Enthusiasm and love of community care and passion for evidence-informed practice & excellence in care
  • A current CPR certificate is required
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle (travel required)
  • Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check are required upon hire
