Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the community.

About the Role:

This is a part-time Registered Practical Nurse position working overnight on-call shifts from 11pm to 7am. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive client assessments, developing care plans, and implementing and evaluating care based on best evidence and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete comprehensive client assessments and develop care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care based on best evidence and practices
  • Support clients through care transitions by collaborating with community support services
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) specialty certification an asset
  • Enthusiasm and love of community care and passion for evidence-informed practice and excellence in care
  • A current CPR certificate is required
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle (travel required)
